Hi Foodies, How is everyone today? I hope you are great. I'd like to talk to you about this great little bakery in Sandy. It's called Eleanor's Bake Shop. This is a great place. It is strictly gluten free and they serve some amazing food. Today I want to talk about the bread at Eleanor's. One of the hardest things to find for gluten free eaters is a nice soft piece of bread. If you want a piece of bread that you can pull out of the sack and make a sandwich this is the place to go. They make a sandwich bred and a honey oat bread as well a a number of specialty breads.You can also special order partially baked hamburger buns (they're amazing), and hot dog buns. I have spent many years trying to find good bread and trying to make good bread. I have yet to find a bread better than Eleanor's.
